Serving at Catalyst also means caring for people in real, tangible ways. Throughout the year, we rally around individuals and families who need encouragement, prayer, meals, visits, or practical support. If you have a heart for compassion and want to make a difference during the week, not just on Sunday, there are plenty of opportunities to jump in and help meet needs within our church and community.
Labor of Love
What if church wasn't something you attended...but something you lived?
Labor of Love is a special Sunday, September 6th, where we won't gather for our normal worship service. Instead, we're sending the church out into our community to be the Church.
Gather your family, invite some friends, or serve alongside your small group. Spend the time you would normally be at church making a difference in someone else's life. Mow a neighbor's lawn, visit a nursing home, volunteer with a local organization, help someone move, pick up trash, write encouragement cards, or simply meet a need you see around you. No act of kindness is too small when it's done in the name of Jesus.
Our hope is that, together, we demonstrate Christ's love in practical ways and remind our community that the Church is more than a building—it's the people of God serving others with love, humility, and compassion.
On Sunday, September 6th, let's leave the four walls behind for a day and make a lasting impact through a true Labor of Love.

Far - Global
Catalyst is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus far beyond our city. We support church planters, missionaries, and ministries around the world, including our partners in Ireland, because we believe in the Acts 1:8 call to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. Through prayer, financial support, and missions opportunities, our church plays a part in what God is doing globally.
